SPECIAL SAFETY NOTICE -
Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act is now law

The Federal Government has passed the Virginia Graeme Baker Act which requires all COMMERCIAL pools to have anti-entrapment/entanglement drain covers installed prior to opening for operations this Spring. Residential pool owners are not affected at the present time. However, there are precautions that every pool owner can undertake to protect against suction entrapment.
